With our 3 varieties Highway, Runway and Myway, you can cultivate up to three times more on the same square meter soil, compared to Diplotaxis. Due to its fast growth, the risk of mildew is reduced to a minimum, and mildew is one of the major problems in baby leaf production.
Because it very fast growing, weed control is also “easy”, as these varieties imply compete with most of the weeds and win.
For baby leaf production we recommend 2200 seeds per m2 for Eruca sativa and 2500 per m2 for Diplotaxis.
